Our reservation procedure evolved several years ago and has worked very well for both our guests and us. With a rare exception, all of the hunting parties at the ranch are guaranteed the same corresponding days for the next year. We send a letter to the principles of each hunting party in early April, asking for deposits by May 1st. We require $200/day/hunter to confirm the hunting dates for the coming season. If you request a private room, an additional deposit of $95 is required, and if you choose to stay an additional night, an additional deposit of $100 is required. Over 85% of the hunting parties reconfirm for the same dates each year. This helps us maintain scheduling chaos at a manageable level and allows our guests to plan their calendars.

Ringneck Hunting Deposit Policy:
A deposit of $200 per hunter per day is required to confirm your hunting dates. An additional deposit of $100 per person is required for an additional night’s stay, and $95 per person if you request a private room. With less than sixty (60) days notice, deposits are nonrefundable, but transferable to a substitute guest. Unless arranged prior to arrival, the balance is due upon departure. Checks, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.
