Reservations & Deposits

Hunting Reservations:

Our reservation procedure evolved several years ago and has worked very well for both our guests and us. With a rare exception, all of the hunting parties at the ranch are guaranteed the same corresponding days for the next year. We send a letter to the principles of each hunting party in early February through March, asking for deposits by March and April. We require $300/day/hunter to confirm the hunting dates for the coming season. If you choose to stay an additional night, an additional deposit of $100 is required.  Over 85% of the hunting parties reconfirm for the same dates each year. This helps us maintain scheduling chaos at a manageable level and allows our guests to plan their calendars.

Ringneck Hunting Deposit Policy:

A deposit of $300 per hunter per day is required to confirm your hunting dates. An additional deposit of $100 per person is required for an additional night’s stay.  With less than sixty (60) days notice, deposits are nonrefundable, but transferable to a substitute guest. Unless arranged prior to arrival, the balance is due upon departure. Checks, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.
